Rev. Dr. Daniel Meister, Pastor

Rev. Dr. Daniel Meister is the Pastor at Zion. Pastor Daniel completed his B.A. in Religion/Philosophy at Roberts Wesleyan College in New York, his Master of Divinity at Colgate Rochester Divinity School also in New York and his Doctorate of Ministry at Drew University in New Jersey. Joyce Orr, Teaching Pastor

As Teaching Pastor, Joyce Orr is responsible for adult Christian Education at Zion,the Adult Christian Education & Discipleship program (ACED) , and coordinates the small groups ministry. A lifelong member of Zion, Joyce is also a member of the Network of Biblical Storytellers (www.nbsint.org) and co-coordinator of the CinDay Guild of the Network (www.cinday.org.) Judy White , Minister of Music

Judy White directs the Chancel Choir. Judy is best known for her many years of teaching music at Norwood High School.

Claire Lee, Organist/Keyboardist

Claire Lee joined the church staff at Zion in Fall of 1997. Claire plays the organ, piano and keyboards for church services and accompanies the Chancel Choir and the Kidz Koir. Claire received her Bachelor of Music degree from Cincinnati Conservatory of Music. She also holds a Masters in Accompanying. She's been playing professionally for 25 years.

Janet Winter , Kidz Choir Director

Janet Winter directs our Kidz Choir. Janet brings a passion for loving children while encouraging them to be their best for the Lord.

Linda Read, Secretary

Linda Read has been a member of St. John UCC in Reading, Ohio for 39 years. At St. John's Linda sang in the choir, served on the Christian Education Board and was head Deacon. She still serves as Elder there. Linda lives in Dillonvale with her husband, Bruce and has three grown children and one grandchild.

Stephanie Ginter, Youth Leader

‘Steph' or Stephanie was baptized at Zion Church as an infant. Stephanie works with our ZionTeens & Zion Young Adults. Her passion is to encourage our High School and College-aged members to grow in their faith in Christ. Stephanie holds a B.A. degree from Hanover College. Stephanie is an office manager and she enjoys gardening. Stephanie and her husband, Dave, have two kids.

Jackie Grant, Prayer Coordinator

Jackie chose to become a member of Zion Church in August, 2008 after many years of non-affiliation with a church. Jackie's passion is to deepen her commitment to personal and community prayer as well as to draw others to the study and practices of new (yet ancient) ways of prayer. She assumed the role of Prayer Coordinator as a means to invite the congregation into a more prayerful and caring unity by keeping them informed of prayer requests, specific needs, and celebratory events .
